Our fees are based on a defined scope of work that we establish from an initial project briefing. This ensures the level of support is tailored precisely to your needs.
Ideally, we like to begin planning at least 6 - 10 weeks before the event. This allows us to review show manuals, manage deadlines, and coordinate services efficiently. However, we can also step in midstream if timelines are tight.
