Ray McFarland had a dream to build the best full-service exposition and event management firm in America – one supported by a diverse, hard-working team that reflected the spirit of a United Nations Convention. In 1991, that dream became reality with the creation of 21st Century Expo Group, Inc. (21st CEG).
From the beginning, Ray’s vision centered on excellence, integrity, and opportunity – principles that continue to guide the company today. What started as a small, determined organization has grown into a trusted nationwide partner, designing and delivering exhibits, events, and experiences that empower people and organizations to connect, learn, and grow.
Today, 21st Century Expo Group proudly operates as a second-generation, family-owned business under the leadership of Iman McFarland, daughter of the founder, who serves as CEO and primary shareholder.
