As the first and largest exhibit greeting attendees at the PPMD Conference, Deloitte needed a space that clearly communicated their commitment to making a meaningful social impact.
Their message spanned key focus areas such as sustainability, equity, and trust, but the physical environment needed to unify those themes in a way that was clear, engaging, and accessible. The booth also had to meet strict ADA compliance standards while supporting several high-value activations, all without sacrificing design, flow, or the premium experience expected from a brand like Deloitte.

21st Century Expo Group created a welcoming, immersive environment that made Deloitte’s impact story both visible and experiential. The space was organized into distinct zones using intentional carpet and flooring color changes, subtly guiding attendees through thematic areas without the need for physical barriers.
Sustainability played a central role in the execution. All materials were responsibly sourced, including eco-friendly SEG fabric graphics printed with low-impact dyes. At the end of the show, the booth’s carpeting was recycled through Brumark’s recycling program, reducing waste and reinforcing Deloitte’s environmental goals.
Large rental LED screens delivered dynamic storytelling content, while curated faux greenery highlighted the environmental and biological themes central to Deloitte’s message - all fully reusable to minimize environmental impact.
The entire layout was carefully designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring clear circulation paths, ADA-compliant activation zones, and an inclusive experience for all attendees.




The exhibit made an immediate impression as attendees entered the conference, successfully positioning Deloitte as a leader in positive social change. The space was described as warm, beautiful, and deeply engaging, drawing sustained traffic throughout the event.
Partners responded enthusiastically, and attendees praised the clarity of Deloitte’s message around sustainability, equity, and trust. The overall installation achieved the dual goals of high visual impact and genuine environmental responsibility, earning significant attention and strong feedback across the board.
