We planned and built the VIP lounges, press areas, and dignitary zones, selecting high-end furniture, décor, and finishes that delivered both style and comfort. All staging, lighting, sound, and AV needs were managed by our team, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the ceremony and associated activities.

One of the event’s signature components was the 170-foot custom red carpet arrival experience, designed and installed by 21st CEG. This dramatic entry pathway set the tone for the entire event, guiding the Mayor-elect and VIP guests through an impressive, media-ready arrival sequence.

We coordinated premium catering vendors, integrated live bands into the program, and managed the precise timing and flow required for a state-level ceremonial event.
