The appointment further strengthens the company's executive leadership team as 21st CEG celebrates its 35th anniversary and continues building for its next era of growth and innovation.

Bruin brings more than 30 years of experience in ﬁnance, strategy, and business leadership. With a degree in Accounting and an MBA, he is recognized for combining deep ﬁnancial expertise with a modern, technology-forward approach to organizational growth, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making.

Prior to joining 21st CEG, Bruin built and led a successful family-owned ﬁnancial services ﬁrm, where he became known for leveraging modern accounting systems, real-time reporting, and strong ﬁnancial controls to support sustainable business growth.
